Transport Access Program’s aim is to deliver better and seamless transfers between all modes for all customers across NSW by providing accessible, modern, secure, and integrated transport infrastructure.
Working alongside DOWNER GROUP, UBW was engaged to work on the vertical transportation upgrade at Mascot Railway Station for 12 months.
Factoring in the twenty thousand commuters passing through Mascot Railway Station daily, the project consisted of demolishing and re-tiling the existing disused ticket office and constructing new amenities on the concourse, escalator and lift drainage, new entrance roofing, cladding, and glazing. As well as building and fit-out works for the new western entry.
