The University of Technology (UTS) based in the heart of Sydney’s creative and digital precinct and alongside Sydney’s central business district, has ranked in the top 100 universities worldwide.
UBW has been engaged to work on a range of projects on multiple sites within the university. Since 2020, UBW provided Covid Safety installations during the pandemic, installed fit-outs and room modifications, remedial works, repairs and faced paintings.
Over a weekend, UBW attended site and completed all safe work method (SWMS) and prestart risk assessments for paint works on the 10meter high façade. Using a 33ft diesel scissor lift, UBW cleaned and applied two coats of Dulux exterior weather shield paint.
