Modify section of shopfront to create new opening, demolition of internal walls, reconfiguration of existing layout to provide new isolated meeting room for Sydney Trains, Installation of new internal walls to suit new layout, Lighting & fire system upgrade, Mechanical reconfiguration, new epoxy floor to workshop, new kitchen & joinery, new office space, complete with new custom work stations & carpet, fresh paint throughout
