Building Amenities Upgrade – Parramatta Park Amenities

UBW worked on the upgrade of Rose Garden and Queens Street amenities at Parramatta Park. Work was in stages so the public could continue to use one or the other. The scope of work consisted of pressure cleaning the entire roof and structure, removal of all the stainless-steel mesh and frames, preparation and treatment of the entire steel structure, preparation and painting the steel framework, installing new fixing angles and the stainless-steel mesh. We repaired work to doors, frames, door hardware, tiling to the cubicles and painted the CFC (compressed fibre cement) cladding and doors plus installation of new signage and locking system.
