- Site Establishment
- Temporary hoarding to front of tenancy, including a security entry door
- Demolition works – ceiling, carpet, walls and doors
- Supply and install: new suspended plasterboard ceiling, access panels, plasterboard partition walls, steel door jambs, solid core door and sliding cavity doors, aluminium skirting, glazing frame with a transom to create the new shopfront, auto frameless bi-partying door system and vinyl band to all-new entry glass and doors,
- Prepare and set all new and existing walls and ceilings throughout
- Provide labour to install the joinery units; (Supplied by Client)
