We’re thrilled to share that our fitout for Fayshell Neutral Bay has been awarded Best Shop Fitout at the Excellence in Construction Awards by the Master Builders Association of NSW.
This recognition is a proud moment for the UBW team and a celebration of what can be achieved when design ambition meets precision execution.
Located in the heart of Neutral Bay, Fayshell’s new skin clinic reimagines what a wellness space can feel like. The vision was to create a calm, luxurious environment—one that would soothe the senses and make every client feel instantly at ease. From the earliest design conversations, the focus was on clean lines, thoughtful flow, and timeless materiality.
The result? A space that’s as functional as it is beautiful. Key design features include softly curved arches that subtly guide the eye and elongate the space, paired with layered lighting that creates warmth and depth throughout. These choices not only enhance the spatial experience but set a calming tone that aligns perfectly with the Fayshell brand.
Sustainability was also front and centre—both in the materials selected and the methods used. From low-VOC finishes to efficient lighting systems, every detail was considered with the environment in mind.
