Transforming two stores into one.
Cocobelle Skin & Beauty required the conversion of two existing retail stores into one larger commercial space in Croydon.
Commencing during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project involved upgrading premises situated beneath residential apartments while minimising noise and disruption to surrounding tenants.
Collaborative planning and delivery.
UBW collaborated with the client and design teams from the early design stages to develop a fit-out aligned with Cocobelle’s requirements.
Works included subfloor and flooring upgrades, fire-rated walls and ceilings, partitions, custom joinery, plumbing, tiling and electrical improvements. Careful consideration was given to limiting disturbance to residential tenants above.
