This project commenced just as the pandemic started in 2020 – a time that had major impact on all businesses. Our client Cocobelle Skin & Beauty wanted to convert two retail stores into one larger retail store. Situated below residential units, the building needed a major upgrade to meet with today’s requirements and in doing so, minimised the impact of noise and disturbance to ensure the safety of all the tenants.
UBW was involved in the early design stages with the client and design teams including detail fitting to the client’s expectations.
