THE BRIEF
RESTORE WITHOUT INTERRUPTING.
The university needed the 130-year-old façade and interior heritage fabric brought back to specification, on a site that couldn’t close. Every element had to be protected, catalogued, and reinstated to conservation standards.
OUR APPROACH
THREE CREWS, ONE WEATHER WINDOW.
We ran three staged packages in parallel: façade restoration, roof replacement, and interior heritage reinstatement. Each package was scheduled around the academic calendar so no occupied space was disrupted for more than 48 hours.
"THE TEAM UNDERSTOOD HERITAGE IN A WAY VERY FEW BUILDERS DO. WE’D WORK WITH THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT."
— Asset Manager, University of Sydney
