Doug Walters Pavilion, Old Kings Oval
Refurbishment of the change rooms at Doug Walters Pavilion, Old Kings Oval, including lighting, tiling, fixtures, painting and epoxy floors, in 2 weeks.
Old Kings Oval and Doug Walters Pavilion are home to the Parramatta District Cricket Club and the Parramatta Lions Junior AFL Club. The Pavilion is named after cricketing legend Doug Walters, who played locally at club level and represented NSW and Australia. UBW was engaged to refurbish the pavilion change rooms for council.
Our Approach
A full change room upgrade in 2 weeks.
UBW refurbished the change rooms from lighting through to floor finishes, delivering the works over a 2 week programme. The scope covered new lighting, tiling and grouting, upgraded basins and tapware, new fixtures and fittings, preparation and painting, and new epoxy floor finishes, giving the clubs durable, easy-to-maintain facilities.
