A full gym fit-out within a licensed club.
G Fitness Freshwater, located within the Harbord Diggers on the Northern Beaches, engaged UBW to construct a premium fit-out. The brief was to complement the gym’s equipment and atmosphere and to support the wellbeing of its members. UBW delivered the full scope, from partitions, glazing and ceilings through to wet areas, joinery, furniture, fixtures and equipment, and the electrical, hydraulic and fire services trades.
Fit-out and services trades delivered in 12 weeks.
UBW constructed the gym fit-out across partitions, glazing, suspended plasterboard, feature ceilings, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, render, plaster and painting. Door hardware, stair handrails and toilet and shower partitions were installed, along with furniture, fixtures and equipment. Electrical, hydraulic and fire services trade works were delivered within the same 12 week programme.
