Town Hall Railway Station opened in 1932 and is a heritage-listed underground commuter station in the centre of the Sydney central business district. UBW was engaged to relocate and install new signage at the station.
Delivered within a live, heritage-listed station.
Town Hall is one of Sydney’s busiest underground stations, so the works were planned to keep disruption to commuters and station operations to a minimum. UBW relocated existing signage and installed new signage to improve navigation through the station, taking care to protect the heritage-listed fabric throughout. The works were completed within a 1 week programme.
